I invite you to explore and share my latest initiatives, CÉLULA and DDCI, which aim to foster well-being and support within our community.
CÉLULA: How to Study and Be Happy in the Process
Pursuing a doctorate or any degree often presents challenges beyond academic demands. One of the greatest barriers for students is the lack of psychological, emotional, and social tools needed to navigate the journey. In response, we created the “CÉLULA” initiative to encourage the inclusion of mental health in academia. We bring together experts worldwide to offer free counseling to students in need of professional guidance.
If you are over 18 and seeking advice to support your academic path, send a message to contact@jonathan-cortes.com with a brief description of your query. You will receive a response shortly, depending on the availability of our consultants. Remember, the pursuit of knowledge should be fulfilling, not overwhelming.
Depression-Dementia Century Initiative (DDCI)Promoting Neuroprotective Factors
Starting today, DDCI will use this platform to promote neuroprotective factors that improve people’s quality of life. We will focus on activities and habits that can be easily integrated into daily routines. Despite extensive research showing the protective effects of certain behaviors against neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases, these practices are not widely adopted. Our mission is to intensify efforts to communicate these findings and promote lifestyle changes that enhance public health.
Get Involved
We believe in the power of community and shared knowledge. By reading and sharing our initiatives, you contribute to a better world. Together, we can ensure that mental health support and neuroprotective practices become a standard part of our lives.
